Each year, the LCA and College Manor team up to host a fabulous Fall Fest and bonfire! Entertainment includes live music performed by local bands and Pumpkin Chunkin, featuring pumpkin launchers built by your neighbors (and possibly you!). Complimentary snacks and bottled water are provided, and there is a food truck on hand courtesy of College Manor. The LCA also puts together fabulous raffle prizes! Raffle tickets can be purchased at the festival, all proceeds go to the many functions of the LCA. This event is free and open to the community.

What a wonderful time was had by all last year! It was such a great opportunity to get know our neighbors, have fun with friends and enjoy the community we have built. We hope that the following years draw more support, a bigger crowd, and even more fun! Don’t forget to start building your pumpkin launchers for lawn games.
