General meetings are open to members and interested parties. General Meetings that are held on the second Tuesday in October, March, and May (the “ANNUAL MEETING”) beginning at 7:00 p.m at the Lutherville Volunteer Fire Department.

Lutherville History

Before the urbanization of Baltimore County, Lutherville was an incorporated town that maintained roads, provided services and developed one of the oldest volunteer fire departments (1909). At first, all Christians met in the community church in the village square. Learn more ›

Historic Districts

The District for the National Register for Historic Places, the larger of the two Districts, was established in 1973, and is a Federal district, which offers some protection to the community from federally funded projects. If you have a contributing house within this District, you can apply for Tax Credits. The smaller Baltimore County District, which is totally within the National Register District, was established in 1987. Learn more ›

LCA Memberships

The strength of our community depends on all of us doing our share.
Community members can now join or renew membership for the the Lutherville Community Association online. Individual memberships fees are $15 while family memberships are $25. Businesses are also encouraged to join the association as non-voting members. The fee is $35.


$15 / year

Individual memberships are reserved for single member households in the Lutherville Community.


$25 / year

Family memberships are reserved for households with more than one member in the Lutherville Community.


$35 / year

Business memberships are reserved for any member of the Lutherville Community that owns a business.
